Pre-Season has officially begun and we are excited to support all of our players and managers!

The Booster Club supports the entire Boys Basketball Program to make it the best experience possible for the players, managers, coaches, families and community. We provide fundraising for meals, volunteers for games and tournaments, equipment and uniforms for all teams and so much more.

CONGRATULATIONS and Thank You to the VARSITY TEAM for 100% participation. PRACTICES

NUTRITION****

Practices are tough and Players need to fuel their bodies with nutritious foods and plenty of rest.

Coach advises players to eat an hour before practice so that food has time to digest and not risk getting sick in the middle of practice. Practicing on an empty stomach is NOT good and will not allow players to train to their BEST POTENTIAL.

Parents, please work with your players to find what works best for your child and your family, whether it be a protein shake or meal with sufficient time to digest before practice begins but rolling out of bed into practice on an empty stomach or rushed eating just before practice is a recipe for failure for the whole team.
